Formation of a generation of dedicated, effective, professional Filipino teachers who will mould the minds of our children to become useful members of society.

Mission

To prepare future teachers imbued with the ideals and traditions of Philippine life and culture and to sufficiently equip them with knowledge and skills to implement the National Education program.

Objectives:

1.To equip future teachers with sufficient knowledge giving priority to psychology, study of the child and his mental and physiological development, mental hygiene, psychological and pedagogical aims, the psychological aspects of school curriculum and the methods of individual teaching.

2.To make the future teachers understand that the teaching profession was instituted historically as a service to culture and knowledge, to a tradition of accumulated values for the creation of economic development or the realization of political objectives such as those of a state or social groups.

3.To develop an attitude of the highest standards of professionalism characterized by the following:

2.Commitment to high-quality service, not just performance

3.Technical know-how constantly being upgraded and expanded

4.Deep respect for experience

5.Integrity and pride of the teaching profession
