Miranda of the Quality Management Office for successfully completing the 6-month Management Development Program (MDP) of NU Philippines, facilitated by the Human Capital Development Office.

Mr. Hernandez was recognized as the Awardee for Highest Evaluation in Leadership and conferred the Nationalian Legacy Award — honors that highlight his exceptional performance, leadership excellence, and embodiment of NU’s core values.

The MDP is an intensive leadership initiative designed to strengthen the managerial capabilities, strategic thinking, and people-development skills of NU leaders across the network.
