NU IGE–Arts and Languages Celebrates Academic Excellence at English Festival 2026

The National University Institute of General Education – Arts and Languages Department successfully held English Festival 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall, guided by the theme, “Developing Language Proficiency for Academic Excellence.”

The festival brought together Nationalian students in a vibrant celebration of language and creativity through activities such as the Mr. and Ms. Language Icons, dramatic speech choir performances, and creative showcases in poetry writing and digital photography. These activities provided students with opportunities to express ideas, interpret literature, and demonstrate their communication skills in meaningful and engaging ways.

More than a series of competitions, English Festival 2026 highlighted the importance of language proficiency in academic success and personal development. It reinforced National University’s commitment to nurturing confident, creative, and articulate learners while fostering a deeper appreciation for language as a powerful tool for learning and self-expression.
