With over 25 years of experience in research, policy, and governance, Dr. Magno has shaped national finance policy and worked closely with governments, civil society, and the private sector. She has served on international boards like the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), advisory committees such as the CONNEX Global Initiative, and represents civil society in the Global Steering Committee of the Open Government Partnership. 

A Fulbright scholar with a PhD in Law and Public Policy, recipient of the 2025 TOWNS Award for Financial Accountability and Good Governance, and host of the popular YouTube podcast Chikahan with Prof. Cielo, she’s redefining leadership in the age of AI.
