The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning (BSEnP) program of NU Manila continues to demonstrate its strength as a progressive and responsive academic program in the field of environmental planning. The Professional Regulatory Board of/for Environmental Planning (PRBEnP) conducted its 2nd Hybrid Inspection and Monitoring for the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning program of NU Manila.
The purpose of the visit is to watch, evaluate, and suggest improvements based on the review of compliance with Republic Act 10587, also known as the Environmental Planning Act of 2013, making sure that all teaching and programs in environmental planning follow the rules, standards, and requirements set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd).
The BSEnP program showcased its best practices in academics, research, and co-curricular activities and shared recommendations to improve its curriculum and address conditions affecting the practice of the environmental planning profession, including the professional, ethical, and technical standards.
This visit further affirms Environmental Planning as a vital and forward-looking program that contributes significantly to sustainable development, responsible land use, and community-centered planning solutions.
