I. Overview
The Academic Services Office was established in Academic Year 2024–2025 to provide comprehensive support that enriches the academic journey of every NU Baliwag student. It is composed of the Registrar’s Office, Guidance Services Office, Learning Resources Office, Student Development and Activities Office, Academe Industry Linkage and Placement Office, Student Discipline Office, and the Community Extension Office. Together, these offices ensure that students are guided, supported, and equipped not only in their academic pursuits but also in their personal growth, professional readiness, and community engagement.
Registrar’s Office:
The University Registrar’s Office is responsible for the effective and efficient management and safekeeping of all pertinent student records such as entrance requirements, personal student information, grades and other pertinent data. It is also responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of service where student records are concerned.
In addition to the maintenance and evaluation of student records, the office is responsible for a wide array of academic support duties and responsibilities such as the preparation and implementation of the Academic Calendar, schedule, requirements and procedures in enrollment and the application and interpretation of academic policies such as evaluation of credits/loads earned and academic requirements of graduation of students. The Office of the University Registrar provides recommendation to the Academic Operations and the President in terms of academic policies pertaining to the documents and student records.

The Registrar’s Office is a fully responsive academic service unit that provides excellent services that reflect efficiency, responsibility, and accountability with a systematic and computerized academic management system.
Mission:
The Registrar’s Office is committed to providing excellent and responsive services to students, alumni and other stakeholders related to admissions, registration, graduation and other pertinent activities by a team of competent, highly efficient and honest personnel who can safeguard the confidentiality of the student records and documents and the integrity of the office.
Guidance Services Office (GSO):
The NU Baliwag Guidance Services Office (GSO) is a dedicated unit within the university focused on supporting students’ academic, personal, social, and career development. This manual includes all the services, programs, implementation guidelines and policies governing the unit.
The Guidance Services Office (GSO) is part of the academic services group that provides various support services that focus mainly on the well-being of its’ students. The counselors are flexible and innovative in developing guidance programs and activities needed by the students on different levels. The guidance programs and activities are coordinated with the concerned college/school or program for its smooth and effective implementation.
Encounters and interactions facilitated with students and the information acquired from the different services are confidential and will be handled separately from all records kept by the school. Consultation and coordination with faculty and staff, referral system, research, follow-up activities, and individual inventory are naturally embedded in the system to promote effective services to the entire community.

The National University Bulacan Incorporated Guidance Services Office (GSO) envisions to become an instrument to produce graduates who are lifelong learners, ethical, spiritual, and self-directed agents of change through providing guidance related services that work.
Mission:
The National University Bulacan Incorporated Guidance Services Office (GSO) aims to provide guidance-related services which are relevant, innovative, and accessible to NUB students which primarily focused on educational, vocational, and personal guidance.
Learning Resource Center (LRC):
The NU Baliwag Learning Resource Center is a vital academic hub that provides comprehensive support to both students and faculty. It offers a wide array of resources, study spaces, and digital tools designed to enhance learning, research, and scholarship. Serving as an integral part of the University’s commitment to academic excellence, the LRC fosters intellectual growth, collaboration, and the pursuit of knowledge within the NU community.
Vision:
The National University Bulacan Learning Resource Center is the leading knowledge facilitator for information literacy, learning, teaching, and research.
Mission:
The Learning Resource Center aim to provide a conducive environment for its clientele, to develop a responsible and ethical Nationalian Professionals through quality relevant, accessible and value-based education.
Student Development and Activities Office (SDAO):
The NU Baliwag Student Development and Activities Office aims to provide developmental projects and activities that hone students’ leadership skills, preparing them to contribute to their community while embodying the dynamic Filipinism of the University.
The office reports directly to the Academic Services Director, who is responsible for conducting and reviewing various support services to enhance students’ growth and holistic development at the University.
