National University (NU) Clark has been selected by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to be part of the committee for the establishment of the Local Infrastructure Learning Hub (LILHub) in Central Luzon.

The LILHub initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of local government units (LGUs) in planning, implementing, and managing local infrastructure projects through evidence-based practices and inter-agency collaboration.

As one of the selected institutions in Central Luzon, NU Clark will contribute its academic expertise and research capabilities to support the development of innovative, sustainable, and inclusive local infrastructure solutions.

NU Clark’s participation underscores its commitment to advancing community development and fostering partnerships that create meaningful impact beyond the university.
