NU Manila Strengthens Vision and Strategy at Midyear Performance Review and Administrators’ Planning (MYPRAP)

NU Manila holds its Midyear Performance Review and Administrators’ Planning (MYPRAP), reaffirming its strategic direction and commitment to excellence. University leaders gather to assess progress, set priorities, and strengthen efforts toward becoming a leading institution in higher education.
Dr. Arlene O. Trillanes, Senior Vice President for Operations, opened the event with a data-driven report on NU Manila’s quality objectives, highlighting gains in academic excellence, research, and operational efficiency. Dr. Jessie S. Barrot, Assistant Vice President for Research and Development, emphasized aligning strategy with measurable impact, while Dr. Rosauro E. Manuel, Group Academic Officer and Chief Information Officer, outlined key priorities for AY 2026–2027 focused on internationalization, research, and academic distinction.
Dr. Arnold Eniego, Senior Director of the Strategy and Quality Management Office, presented the NU Five-Year Strategic Plan (2026–2031), detailing bold initiatives in transformative education, national pride, and strategic partnerships to elevate NU Manila’s standing in Asia.

The day concluded with collaborative workshops, ensuring that every department translates strategy into concrete, measurable action—reinforcing NU Manila’s mission of delivering #EducationThatWorks for a sustainable and impactful future.
