Her enterprise-wide initiatives have garnered prestigious recognitions from the Stevies, PMAP, and HR Asia. Most recently, she was named as the 2025 PMAP People Manager of the Year (National Winner) and recognized among LinkedIn Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders and Top HR Leaders, affirming her influence in building future-ready organizations and advancing the HR profession.
