IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: NUNS Joins the Launch of the SM Super Spelling Bee
Last August 18, the much-anticipated SM Super Spelling Bee officially launched, igniting excitement among young wordsmiths nationwide.
NU Nazareth School was honored to be part of the launch as an invited guest. The event was attended by Ms. Maria Isabel Valente, Academic Director, together with Mr. Christian Renegado, Principal for Nursery to Junior High School, and Ms. Christchelle G. Mondano, Principal for the Senior High School Department. During the program, NU Nazareth School was also represented in the panel interview segment.
As part of our role in this partnership, NU Nazareth School will be providing pronouncers for the competition, with Ms. Mondano herself serving as one of the official pronouncers. This highlights our school’s commitment to supporting literacy, confidence, and academic excellence beyond the classroom.
The SM Super Spelling Bee will continue with elimination rounds across SM malls nationwide. More than just a contest, this nationwide initiative celebrates language, learning, and the bright potential of Filipino students—an endeavor NU Nazareth School is proud to be part of.
