The event took place at the Office of the City Mayor within the Socio Economic Building, City of Dasmariñas.

Spearheaded by the NU Dasmariñas National Service Training Program (NSTP) and Community Extension Office (ComEx), this partnership is designed to strengthen disaster resilience and collaboration throughout the city, particularly in times of crisis.

The signing was graced by City Mayor Hon. Jenny A. Barzaga, alongside CDRRMO Head Mr. Reynor Calzado and City Administrator’s Office representative Engr. Madelaine M. Lara.

Key attendees from NU Dasmariñas included Executive Director Dr. Catherine Lagadia, Academic Director Mr. Ramon L. Rodriguez, NSTP/ComEx Director Mr. Manuel J.
