NU Baliwag Strengthens Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Through NUB MYPRAP 2026

National University Baliwag once again demonstrated its strong commitment to quality education, collaboration, and strategic growth through the successful conduct of the NU Baliwag Mid-Year Performance Review and Administrators Planning Workshop (NUB MYPRAP) 2026. The institutional activity gathered all campus divisions—Executive, Academic, Academic Services, and Administrative Services—together with representatives from Shared Services, Dr. Rosauro E. Manuel and Mr. Ervin A. Torres, underscoring a unified approach to institutional excellence.

The first part of the program was led by Executive Director Dr. Rufino C. Oliva, who facilitated an in-depth review of the Institutional Quality Objectives Status Report covering the period of July to December 2025. This session provided a clear and data-driven assessment of the university’s progress, reinforcing accountability and transparency across all units.

In the afternoon, Ms. Roan I. Estay, QMO Senior Supervisor, guided participants in identifying key accomplishments aligned with the university’s Institutional Priorities and Quality Policies. The collaborative discussions allowed administrators and representatives to reflect on achievements, share best practices, and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Facilitated by the Quality Management Office in partnership with the schools’ and divisions’ Quality Assurance Team (QAT) Representatives, the NUB MYPRAP 2026 was successfully conducted and highly participative. More than a review and planning session, the activity reaffirmed NU Baliwag’s culture of collaboration, quality assurance, and continuous improvement—principles that will guide future initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Through activities like NUB MYPRAP 2026, NU Baliwag continues to shine as an institution committed to delivering Education That Works, grounded in quality, alignment, and shared responsibility.
