NU Baliwag Shines: Strengthening a Mentally Healthy Workplace

NU Baliwag continues to champion employee well-being as it successfully conducted the seminar “From Stress to Strength: Building a Mentally Healthy Workplace” on February 24, 2026, at the NU Baliwag Audio-Visual Room (AVR).

Organized by the Guidance Services Office in partnership with the Human Resources Office and the Faculty Services Office, the seminar aimed to promote mental health awareness and equip employees with practical strategies to manage workplace stress.

The session was facilitated by Gladys Christine Tolentino Cruz-Saludo, who guided participants through discussions on the nature of workplace stress, its effects on individuals and organizations, and effective ways to build resilience while maintaining a supportive work environment.

Through engaging discussions and insights, the seminar emphasized that while stress is a natural part of professional life, it can be managed and transformed into an opportunity for personal growth, stronger collaboration, and greater empathy in the workplace.

NU Baliwag extends its gratitude to Atty. Cruz-Saludo for sharing her expertise, as well as to all employees who actively participated and contributed to making the seminar a meaningful and enriching experience.
