On August 29, 2025, National University Manila achieved a significant milestone by receiving recognition from the Department of Health and the Philippine Blood Center (PBC) during the Kabalikat Summit 2025.

The university was honored for its invaluable efforts in promoting the importance of Voluntary Blood Donation. This award specifically highlighted the impactful work of the “Dugong Dugtong Nationalian” initiative.
