National University Clark (NU Clark) formalized an institutional partnership with the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Regional Office III through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), marking a significant step toward strengthened academic collaboration and community engagement in the region.

The MOA signing was attended by Regional Director Evangeline R. Almirante and Atty. Garry S. Segarra of NAPOLCOM, alongside NU Clark Executive Director Dr. Arnel A. Diego, Academic Director Prof. Priscilla M. Evangelista, Academic Services Director Mr. Richard John W. Hernandez and Dr. Joanafel M. Mateo

The partnership aims to enhance employee and student development, support the capacity-building initiatives of NAPOLCOM officers and personnel, promote safety and security awareness, and advance community-oriented programs across Central Luzon. Through this collaboration, both institutions seek to share expertise and resources in pursuit of inclusive growth and public service excellence.
