NU Lipa Shines on the International Stage Once Again

NU Lipa takes pride in Grade 11 STEM student Edsteinefielle Josh Imperial, who continues to bring honor to the university and the Philippines through his outstanding international achievements.

Representing NU Lipa at the 6th Eurasian Spelling Bee (ESB) Lexical Skills Competition held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from October 31 to November 3, 2025, Edsteinefielle emerged as 1st Runner-Up among participants from six countries—Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Cambodia. He competed under the International Champions in Education (ICE), the country partner of ESB, led by its President and CEO, Mr. Robert D. Fordan.

His streak of excellence continued at the ICE Year-End Awarding Ceremony 2025 last November 9, where he was recognized as one of the President’s Cup Awardees — a distinction given to students who excelled across multiple international academic competitions, including ADEPT, GJMOC, FMO, PIMSO, AMC, and SASMO. He also delivered the Speech of Gratitude, representing fellow awardees with grace and eloquence.

Congratulations, Edsteinefielle, for your remarkable achievements and for exemplifying the NU core values of excellence, integrity, and patriotism.

Your NU Lipa family celebrates your success and the inspiration you continue to bring to the Nationalian community!
