NU Baliwag proudly celebrates another meaningful milestone as it receives the Scroll of Honor at the 3rd Central Luzon Kadugo Awarding Ceremony held on November 28, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

This distinguished recognition was awarded to NU Baliwag for its flagship blood donation program, “Dugtong Buhay, Dugong Nationalian,” a sustained community extension initiative that champions voluntary blood donation, promotes lifesaving action, and nurtures a culture of generosity within and beyond the University.

The award is a testament to the unwavering commitment and collaborative spirit of the NU Baliwag community. Representing the University during the ceremony were Ms. Emma Lyn Austria, Head of the Health Services Office, and Mr. Kenjiro O. Tanimura, Admin Director, who accepted the honor on behalf of all Nationalians who continuously support the cause.
