NU Baliwag Shines at the 1st International Research Conference on Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives in Engineering and Technology Management

 

NU Baliwag continues to demonstrate academic excellence on the international stage as faculty members from the School of Engineering and Technology – Computer Engineering Program earned prestigious recognitions at the recently concluded 1st International Research Conference on Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives in Engineering and Technology Management (IRC-CPE).

Leading the recognition is Engr. Meizl Ann F. Manlupig, who was awarded Best Presenter in the Cross-Discipline Track, while Engr. Mike Louie Enriquez secured 2nd Best Presenter in the Engineering Track, highlighting the strength and expertise of NU Baliwag’s engineering faculty in research and innovation.

Further elevating the achievement, Engr. Manlupig and Engr. Enriquez also received the Best Paper Award in the Cross-Disciplinary Track for their research titled “Student Perceptions on the Effectiveness of Microcontroller and Microprocessor-Based Projects in Achieving SDG-Oriented Learning Outcomes: A TPACK-Guided Quantitative Analysis.” The study explored how project-based learning in microcontroller and microprocessor courses can support Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)-aligned learning outcomes, providing valuable insights into innovative engineering education.
