NU Baliwag Shines on the Global Stage: STHM Seals International Partnership with Chung Hua University

NU Baliwag – School of Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM) proudly celebrates another significant milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chung Hua University of Hsin Chu City, Taiwan. The agreement was officially sealed during the 2nd International & 25th Annual Tourism Educators’ Convention and Research Conference 2025, marking a new chapter of strengthened academic collaboration on the international front.
The ceremonial signing was graced by Chung Hua University President, Dr. Victor Liu, alongside Ms. Mary Grace B. Sumugat, Program Chair of BSTM NU Baliwag. Their commitment was further supported by the leadership of Dean Mark Chris M. Lapuz and the unwavering assistance of Ms. Jenny Rose Naval, NU Baliwag AILPO Supervisor. Together, they represent a united effort toward elevating tourism and hospitality education to global standards.
This international partnership aims to enhance academic collaboration, research initiatives, and cultural exchange, enriching learning experiences and opening avenues for innovation.
