COHREP and NU Manila Partner with Events by Cut Unlimited for 1st International Ice Cream & Gelato Expo 2025

National University College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) and the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the Philippines (COHREP) partner with Events by Cut Unlimited, Inc., the official organizer of the 1st International Ice Cream and Gelato Expo 2025 (ICEGEX).
Led by Mr. Rudie Cabardo, COHREP National President and NU Manila Hospitality Management Program Chairperson, the partnership underscores a shared commitment to promoting innovation, creativity, and stronger industry-academe collaboration in culinary and hospitality education.
“This collaboration reinforces our mission to bridge academia and industry and by aligning our educational endeavors with international platforms like ICEGEX, we create opportunities for our students and faculty to gain firsthand experience in the evolving world of food innovation.” said Mr. Cabardo.
As the country’s first international trade and learning exposition dedicated to ice cream and gelato, it will showcase global trends, technology, and entrepreneurial opportunities—empowering future hospitality professionals through hands-on learning and international exposure.
