Mr. Dennis Del Mar emphasized the importance of mindset and values in aviation success; Mr. Rafael Y. Castelo highlighted innovation and creativity in upscale dining; and Ms. Marga Clarence P. Bolalin discussed achieving operational excellence through empowered staff and attention to detail in luxury hotels.
