Paying It Forward: NU Nazareth School Hands Over Eight Computer Units to Victorino Mapa High School

NU Nazareth School (NUNS) strengthened its commitment to community partnership and educational support through the formal turnover of eight (8) computer units to Victorino Mapa High School, one of NUNS’ long-standing feeder schools. The turnover ceremony was held at Victorino Mapa High School on November 20, 2025, highlighting the strong collaboration between the two institutions.

The initiative aims to provide Victorino Mapa High School with improved access to digital tools essential in today’s learning environment. By supporting the development of technology-enhanced instruction, NU Nazareth School continues to contribute to the academic growth and digital readiness of future learners.

Present during the turnover were representatives from both schools. From Victorino Mapa High School, attendees included Mr. Edmund Villareal, School Principal, and Ms. Rowena Viar, Head Teacher of the Values Education Department. Representing NU Nazareth School were Ms. Christchelle G. Mondano, Senior High School Principal; Ms. Sarah Frances B. Laude, Admissions Coordinator; Mr. Jaime Rhosse M. Dela Cruz, Grade Level Coordinator (Grade 12); Mr. Arnold Alvin D. Baloso, Pastoral Ministry and Spirituality Office Coordinator; Ms. Kim Trisha M. De Castro, Admissions Associate; Mr. Carl John R. Gibaga, ITSO Associate; and Mr. James Vincent S. Hernandez, Admissions Assistant.
